Kathmandu: Nepal is experiencing partial to generally cloudy weather today, with light to moderate rain occurring in various regions. According to the Weather Forecasting Division, Bagmati Province is currently experiencing light to moderate rainfall, along with some areas in Madhes and a few other provinces.
This afternoon, more light to moderate rain, accompanied by thunder and lightning, is expected across all provinces. There is also a possibility of heavy rain in one or two places in Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
The active monsoon winds are influencing the weather conditions, leading to widespread precipitation.
Tonight, the weather is forecasted to remain partly to mostly cloudy nationwide, with potential light to moderate rain in Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Sudurpaschim provinces, and a few locations in the other provinces.
The Weather Forecasting Division also predicts that the country will continue to experience light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning over the next 24 hours.
